• Can you hold a place before I apply?

  Unfortunately not.

• Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

  No. The security deposit is separate from rent

• How old do you have to be to apply?

  18 and older

• Is the deposit refundable?

  Only if you meet the Security Deposit Policy Checklist that is given upon move-in

• Who needs a cosigner?

  All parties would have to qualify on their own unless you are a student at the Owner's discretion

• You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  Go to exitcentralrentals.com and click on Tenant Application or we can email you a link for your desired property.

• How do I pay rent?

  We have a document that shows you the different ways to pay your rent that will be given to you upon signing your lease.

• I want to get a pet. What do I do?

  We would go over pet restrictions and pet screening

• I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

  All parties are still liable to pay on the monthly rent.

• My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

  You would provide a 60-day notice to your property manager to vacate

• Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

  The Owners are responsible. If it is something caused by the Tenant then the Tenant is responsible.
